Jo Dickins lives in Toronto, Canada.  She studied Art History at the University of Victoria and Photo Arts at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Her work covers a variety of genres including portraits, fine art, film, food, events, and environments.

Food and the slow food community has been a central focus of recent years and a recent major collaborative project was the publication of Chef Jamie Kennedy’s third cookbook “J.K. the Jamie Kennedy Cookbook“, co-written with Ivy Knight. This work was featured in a recent Montreal Gazette article by Susan Schwartz.  The imagery comprises a reportage style and intimate survey of Jamie’s work and community. Other collaborations in the world of food include work with Terroir Symposium and Good Food Revolution.
